Even when I got chocolate embedded into my cashmere sweater, they came through, and my sweater was perfectly clean and good as new when I got it back. This Bluebird flies high. – First, and foremost, the ladies at Bluebird are quite friendly and courteous. My wife and I needed some alterations and repairs done. My wife had a knitted sweater with a torn pocket, and a coat that needed repair. I had a few pair of jeans that I wanted stirrups attached. They didn't understand this at first, however, once I showed them, they understood completely. This isn't a criticism, just information. They completed everything perfectly.
