My driver was on time, pleasant & courteous. He wore his mask throughout the entire time I was inside the car and it was placed correctly snug on his face, covering his nose & mouth. He was polite about my request to have a window slightly open for providing proper ventilation. I was very grateful. He was a good driver and we arrived at my appointment on time. Thank you.

The cab driver (Rainbow cab #397 (his name is Paul)) that picked me up today, and has a few times before, was so great! I couldn't have asked for a safer, more friendly, open, or relatable guy to be in the vehicle with. I do a have a decent trip, about 25 minutes one way. So a conversation is nice. He is my favorite cab driver thus far :)

After being dropped by Lyft I called Blue & White and they were prompt and courteous. I had written off cabs after Lyft and Uber and was extremely happy with the service. Price was similar and the service was awesome. Thanks, Tsegaye. I really appreciated the service. Tim
