Today I lost my medical appointment schedualed one month ago. Taxi was not arrived on time, and I couldn’t call to customer service. Nobody was answered. They called me when clinic canceled my appointment. You are not responsible company. Hope I have never been your customer on future.

Hi Tatiana, I do apologize as we were seeing major delays yesterday. Unfortunately the covid spread has not only hit our call center, but it has hit many drivers leaving us short drivers. Mix in the extreme cold, we had less cabs able to start as well. It was a perfect storm. Even myself, a manager is working from home with covid, but instead of resting I am helping as much as I can. Once again Blue and White Taxi came to my rescue by immediately addressing a mix up by my medical taxi ride provider today 12/22/2021 with information to me what I needed to do to correct the problem. There customer service representative are just great I will always use there service and spread the word to my family and friends to use Blue&White Taxi service ??! S. Davis
