They were 3 hours late to pick my 17 year old daughter up! She was 3 hours late to her appointment for a serious medical condition. When trying to contact them to get picked up from her appointment she was give the drivers cell phone number and when she called the number a child answered and said the driver was at the dentist So I called the company and they told me that he wasn’t even transporting her!
