My driver showed up 25 minutes late. I understand that things happen, but my medical appointment wasn't going to shove other appointments aside just for me. I wouldn't willingly choose this service again.

Hi Kevin, I am very sorry for any troubles. With all that is going on with COVID-19, we lost half of our drivers we normally have. We are getting a lot of drivers going to appointments and passengers no showing or not going so its causing delays. We are trying to call everyone ahead of time and if we do not get an answer, we are putting the ride as will call. Please ensure you answer your phone if you have an order with us and again very sorry. Stay safe and we will get through all of this together.
