I "toured" this property today and the entire experience was unbelievably unprofessional and gross. Priscilla, who I spoke to on the phone, told me I didn’t have an appointment even though I had a text confirmation with the exact time and date. When I tried to read the confirmation to her, she kept interrupting me and dismissively saying that I didn’t have a reservation instead of actually listening... she continued to rudely talk over me and in an annoyed tone told me that I should self tour or wait over an HOUR for someone... read more
