Went for an all over color, came out with like 3 different colors and wet un-styled hair. I normally never complain but this timee. $150 for them to mess up my hair kind of irritates me because I could of messed it up myself for way wayyyy less at home and achieve the same results.
Erica always does an awesome job on my hair! Whether it’s being colored, cut, or doing an undo. She’s awesome! She also does beautiful makeup as well. Nonetheless all the ladies there are wonderful and super nice! �

I would give a negative number if I could honestly, great customer service until my hair started falling out in chunks after I went in for an all over foil that took two hours to foil. So imagine 2 hours of bleach in your hair, right? With heat on it, you do the math! When I visited not only was 5 inches of my hair taken from me but so was my confidence! I went to a high class salon and left with purple, white, blonde and orange hair. Thanks for taking the one thing away from me that took me five years to grow!
