I read these reviews too I'm new to Pasadena and was looking for a good Aveda salon. When i read the review about the over pricing I was not too worried because I had downloaded a 40$ off coupon from their website. I also aked about the price before I made my appointment. hair cut and color this is a pleasant aveda salon. the stylists are nice and they provide drinks and magazines while you wait. i have gotten my hair cut and colored a few times here. the last time i was there i was not satisfied. i showed my stylist the picture i wanted and she still did not give the cut i wanted. another con was that she did not tell me the price. i was very surprised when i had to pay over $200 because she used some special highlighting process which i normally do not get. i could have gotten my hair done ... read more

Nice fashionable place. They sell Aveda products there too. Stylists and receptionist are friendly and sit you down with a drink as you wait.
