First off, I am a Realtor. I’ve seen plenty of inspections performed. Brandon and Leslie are amazing! I recently had a client use them on a home that had just been inspected within the last 30 days by another inspection company. During the inspection they found a leaking toilet which had cause damage to the downstairs ceiling! Not only did it save my buyers a huge hassle but he even explained how to fix it which made it EASY to explain to the home owner to have it repaired! I highly recommend them!

Brandon and Leslie are awesome! I have had 2 homes inspected by them and have needed little things in between and they were always on top of it! They inspect your home literally from top to bottom while walking you through the whole process and giving their honest expert opinion. Along with an informative report re-explaining everything they just walked you through. Anyone that i know in the home buying process I always say make sure you go with BLT for your inspection! There price is more than worth everything that they do!
