this place is extremely unprofessional. they started an hour late on my sisters appointment, got her back soaking wet, and when she was trying to pay they said their “system was down” and took pictures of my sisters credit card front and back on one of their personal cell phones. my sister called asking for a refund for the terrible service and the manager (who refuses to tell us her name) was extremely rude saying “i know who you are. we have you on camera trying to leave without paying” accusing her of something not true. ... read more
I went here two months ago for Brazilian blow out and I absolutely loved it. It really helped manage the frizz and poofyness of my hair. I was in a pinch before vacation after someone else highlighted my hair and it came out orange and brassy, and absolute mess.. they were so accommodating and squeezed me in within 20 minutes. The colorist did amazing, and saved my hair for vacation, also did an amazing beach wave blow out. I never usually write a bad review but feel like this needs to be warned because I’m still in pain. The overall place seemed calm & friendly, I’m not complaining on anything further. I had Melissa do my hair, just a root touch up. Which parting my hair to dye it she was extremely rough and stabbing my head while parting and roughly applying dye. I have to say I am obsessed with the Brazilian blowout, it takes Im not kidding ten minutes to style my hair now. I love it and am so happy I did it.
