Tried this place out for the 1st time on my birthday, asked for a blowout with lots of volume and for my ‘curtain bangs’ to swoop outwards. Hair had some wave/volume to it as I left the salon but by the time I finished driving home about 45 minutes later it went straight and flat and the side bangs were going inward. Good blow dry and atmosphere. Staff could be friendlier.
Solid 2.5. I went to Tessy last month for a blowdry for a special occasion. My regular stylists were booked and unavailable. Unfortunately right after I left the salon the blowdry fell flat. I had to go back the salon the next day. This took an hour out of my morning. She mentioned it was the type of cut I have (not layered, blunt bottom). I was grateful she was willing to fix it.
