LAURIN IS A LIFESAVER! I came into the salon with badly boxed dyed blonde (a brassy band, grown out roots, etc.) and Laurin transformed my hair -- texture and color-wise -- into this lovely dark brown that matched my root shade perfectly. I supposedly got the Botanical Deep Scalp Spa. It wasn't that I didn't like the service itself. The head massage was great and the products were aromatic and smelled pleasant. I just know that I didn't get what I paid for and that diminished the experience. Their website says "every head spa consists of six essential steps". At this point I'll let you do the math. I had such a great experience with Grace! She did my hair exactly how I asked for, and it turned out even better than I imagined. You can really tell she knows what she’s doing, her technique is amazing and she has such a gentle, professional touch with her hands, which made the whole process feel so relaxing.
