No good service. I would advise calling another company. Although?!
HORRIBLE!!! we've had them come out twice thanks to our home warranty. plumber complained the whole time about having to do the work. when we needed a new water heater and called our home warranty, who in turn, called Blount. THEY REFUSED TO COME INSIDE OUR HOME TO LOOK AT THE WATER HEATER!! when we asked for 2 quotes, one for tankless, one for standard, he started yelling that he shouldn't have to give us a quote. when i finally convinced him to get us a quote, he yelled back it would be $4500 and hung up.
