RecommendedWe hired Blount to come out and inspect a gas line that ran from our house, out to my husband's shop and then hook up the gas if all was found to be safe. Our experience with Dennis and Scott was wonderful. Dennis definitely went above and beyond to explain everything to me and then took it a step further by swinging by to make a repair on our Reznor heater without us even having to ask for the service. We will definitely use them for all our future heating and cooling needs. We highly recommend Blount!
Called this morning because my A/C wasn’t running. They told me they could get somebody over to look at within a few hours. They were right in the middle of the time slot and found and fixed the problem quickly. Thank you!
I've used Blount and had a terrific outcome twice now. First time I had them in, out of 3 companies they were the only 1 to figure out my furnace was still under warranty and it was fixed for free, the other companies told me it wasn't worth fixing and gave me quotes for a new furnace. Second time I called on Monday and had a new AC unit installed on Tuesday morning. The Ac unit was out of stock and they gave me an upgraded one for no additional cost. To complete the job you were pay for.I had two units replaced and the breakers throw when heat comes on.I pay 12,000 cash and still don't have heat.I was lied to when a return visit from company came out.No followed up on the replacement of breakers.If a company is unaware of voltage needed to operate a unit then ppl are no better off.Just lost a lot of money.I would never recommend this company They don't stand behind their work people.
