My AC unit stopped working, so I called Blount at 2:30pm today while on a break at work. They were very accommodating and sent someone out right away at 4pm same day. Apparently, a mouse had decided to nest inside my unit. Mike K came to the rescue. He was very friendly and did a thorough job of taking care of the damage causes by the rodent. I called them for some gas line work. for now. We also have another furnace that needs fixing. Then we need a air conditioner replaced in the spring. Also next year we need two whole furnace's hooked up. They did call us back, but said they were to busy to do the gas line work. Really customer service doesn't exist anymore. Bottom line I guess is if they can't make a lot of money on you. They don't want the work. That's what I got out of it.
It’s a Saturday night at 7:45 and we notice the house is getting warm. The air is not cooling. We called Blount and Patrick was here in 15 minutes! We are so thankful that he found a part that needed to be replaced and was able to replace it right away since we have a week of 90’s and high humidity coming up! Thank you Blount and Patrick!
bought a brand new Lennox air conditioner. second brand new out of the box unit and third time there here to fix with sour attitudes. go elsewhere and train ur people something called respect. also I dont appreciate ur tech cussing at people on the phone in my home.
