I believe Dr Blocky to be fair and neutral in his diagnosing of mental health disorders and parental alienation regardless of Gender. He didn't do me any favors but asked me questions to find out about me and any issues I might have had as well as administering the mmpi2 personality disorder test as well as to my child's other parent. I'm sure most of the negative reviews are of those who didn't like his diagnosis. These are the ones who are more apt to post a review.
