Poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Paid a pretty penny for funeral arrangements of flowers. Flowers arrived late and placed in hallway - not to be part of the service at all. Blossoms floral had the audacity to offer 10.00 - instead of a refund. Don't want any grieving family to experience this type of poor service. Get your flowers elsewhere..
Ordered flowers at christmas for my sister. When they were delivered i noticed they were not the same as what I ordered. Not the same vase and not the same amount of flowers as indicated on their website. When trying to do contact them let's put into an a I chat that has no help.

Flowers delivered a day late (despite a 3 day delivery window), and dead. Customer service is a maze. Couldn’t get anyone to respond except AI chat and still not resolved.
