What a terrible company. Didn’t deliver on time. Didn’t include a balloon. Phone number other site it disconnected. Arrangment eas mostly carnations and very small. Bunch of thieves.
I had a mixup with my delivery that had NOTHING to do with Blossom Floral but I got help & was able to resolve the situation right away. This issue had absolutely nothing to do with them yet it was straightened out. Talk about GREAT customer service & i wasn't even a customer. The lady on the phone really cared. . .
I ordered flowers over three days ago. Still haven't been delivered. When I tried to phone to find out when flowers would be delivered. No answer. Flowers were suppose to be delivered within 24 hours. I would not use this Florist.
