Ordered flowers at christmas for my sister. When they were delivered i noticed they were not the same as what I ordered. Not the same vase and not the same amount of flowers as indicated on their website. When trying to do contact them let's put into an a I chat that has no help.

Flowers delivered a day late (despite a 3 day delivery window), and dead. Customer service is a maze. Couldn’t get anyone to respond except AI chat and still not resolved.

What a terrible company. Didn’t deliver on time. Didn’t include a balloon. Phone number other site it disconnected. Arrangment eas mostly carnations and very small. Bunch of thieves.
