Very flexible with rescheduling an appointment that was changed because of work. There is great concern about patients while being treated and this is commendable given the number of persons the dentists must see on a daily basis.

Had a lot of trepidation about this procedure since the last time I had a crown put in my mouth was a really bad experience -- this time however, the procedure, staff AND primarily the dentist, provided me with a very professional and comforting experience. The specifics and what to expect were discussed with me in detail prior to the start, everyone kept asking me how I was doing, there was a lot of warm fuzzies all around!
I have now been to this office for regular check-ups, cleanings, and to repair a chipped tooth. Every time I had a great experience. In fact, when I called on a Friday morning after chipping my tooth, they were more than happy to see me that SAME DAY to get it fixed quickly! The staff is super friendly, and the dental hygienists are thorough and gentle. I feel I am in good hands here.
No body likes going to the dentist. Who wants to have some one poking, or even drilling around in their mouth? No thanks! I have to say, that even though going to the dentist is not much fun, I really do like everyone at SoCal Smiles. I live in San Clemente but drive out to the RSM office and have no problem with that because everyone is always so helpful and nice. They run a very professional and clean office. Give them a try...they are worth it!

I have been going to So Cal Smiles since 2008. The office staff are very nice - they always remember your name and make you feel very welcome! The doctors and their assistants are amazing! This is the first dental office that I love keeping my check ups up to date with!
I hadn't been to the dentist in over 15 years. I was a little nerves, the staff was super friendly. The dentist went over everything with me and there was no surprises. Super informative, nice and professional.
