The service is excellent, everyone is very professional and polite. They take the time to answer your questions. They are very gentle with your teeth, always asking if your okay.
Full disclosure: I hate dentists. I have awful anxiety and will do almost to avoid going. In the past i had a completely unnecessary root canal, a poorly made crown, and an in-office ceramic crown that is so short, it has affected my bite for three years. I have every reason to say terrible things about dentists.However, So Cal Smiles has changed me. The office is very calming and appealing. A truly great dental office! The staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr. Ganatra is skilled, honest and extremely helpful. My family and I have been with this office for nearly 10 yrs and our experience has always been first rate. We are really happy to have our dental care in such exceptional hands. Just finished up with mine and my daughters 6 month cleaning. From the moment we walk in, we are welcomed by the front desk girls. Jackie went out of her way to have crayons and and some papers to keep my daughter entertained while it was my turn. Office is extremely clean and has a unbelievable friendly and knowledgable staff. Can't wait for out next visit.
