We went in for flowers to accompany an urn at a memorial. Penny, the owner, was absolutely fantastic in supporting us through the process and ensuring we had a personalized experience and flowers to honour our mom. Would highly recommend for the experience alone, but then the flower arrangement on top of it was absolutely amazing. Thank you.

Asked for white and light blue flowers for a corsage. Ended up getting white and blue (almost purple) flowers and the wrong armband. The florist didn’t seem apologetic at all. I’m really disappointed with how it turned out, as they said that they would match them to my tie, and they’re not remotely similar.

Spent $110 on an arrangement (bring on the happy vase- which shows online an order of a variety of beautiful flowers) only to receive tulips, what you could buy at Superstore or Walmart for $25. Confirmation email said to pick up in Halifax. Showed up to a closed store, called the number that had contacted me earlier that day saying they're ready for pick up, and was told they're in Cole Harbour. Won't be ordering flowers from this disorganized place again. Very disappointing.
