I would like to make known my 1st time using this transportation company called Blossom of Hope it is completely unprofessional with their concerns of the riders. I had reserved for transportation for my mother’s health procedure thru my mother’s insurance company and this is who they assigned to pick her up in the morning of her procedure and to say that they were late picking her up because of a delay with the driver, to tell me after I called to find out where was my ride and they told me to give the driver 45 minutes whi... read more
Worked with this provider on several occasions, so committed to their cause. They are on time, weekends especially. There is no place so far for their care team, especially transportation, which I worked with.
Had a terrible accident at the end of 2024 and was new to all of this medical transportation and wasn’t sure how it worked. I was assigned to Blossom of Hope for my first few rides, along with a few other ones. After my first visit with another company, I contacted my insurance provider and requested Blossom of Hope for all of my transportation trips.
