Was discharged after a technical difficulty made me late. Didn’t know until a few weeks later though. No one would talk to me directly, but they responded to my partner. Was never given a reason why I was discharged. After Blossom mental health took over, everything started falling out even more. Should have listened carefully when I was told this may happen to older clients.
I have received amazing care from Sandy and her team. I highly recommend Blossoms Mental Health Services!
Made an appointment that was never put on the schedule, the office girl didnt even know out of pocket costs if my insurance didn’t cover it. When I went in there for my appointment the “system was down”. She called me back 10 min after I left saying I wasnt even on the schedule at all. Like how does that happen? She took my info including insurance and card info and told me dates and times but didnt actually put me on the schedule?? Husband had to take the day off of work to watch our baby.
