I usually have a great experience everytime I've been here. my tips of a full acrylic, gel polish chipped and broke within a week of having them done. I think the fill was to thin. also my nails underneath where as long as fake nail. never trimmed from the back with drill. Not happy at all.
The lady who did my feet never ask me what what I wanted she just turned the water on did not clean them, didn’t get any dead skin off just polished them. When I asked her if she was going to do the bottom of my feet she said she couldn’t then took a nail file to the bottom of my feet which didn’t do anything. She also didn’t add a top coat on my toes and my feet look a mess. All the customers getting their feet done was offered a menu to choose but NOT ME. I will never go back again.

Vivian, is an expert doing her job. I am very very picky with my nails, and going to so many places trying to find the right person. I found Vivian she is an expert, professional fast and she knows her job, she knows how to please her customers

The whole staff are accommodating & pleasant. the peidcure salon seats are perfectly comfortable. I've followed the owner for 15 years. Great person.
Overcharged me for a simple lip wax and when I asked if the price was correct the cashier got snippy. I was in a rush so I messaged them to ask about the pricing with no response. Looked in the mirror the next day and there was still a ton of longer hair on my lip. Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.
I have been going there for almost 2 years and I am always happy with their job.
