Love this place. Easy going. I got the bad news that I needed a crown but left that day with it totally complete. It was awesome.
The experience getting back into healthy dental care was scary but BSD was so amazing. Everyone treated my family like we had been going there for years. They provided lots of explanation regarding care and benefits. They honored the family personally and were understanding regarding financial limitations that helped us prioritize.
So this was our first time here...scheduled an appointment for me, husband and 2 daughters (5 & 3) for 3 consecutive days. I was the first one, and found out all of us will be under the same dentist, I had a great experience so I know my girls will do too, and they sure did. Everyone were so great and accomodating, they work above and beyond and very well know how to be in a customer service line of work. I went to Bloomington Smiles Dentistry for another consult, and they went above and beyond to offer me options that not only made sense, were within my budget. I have never felt more comfortable or confident that my dental professionals had my best interest at heart. I was blown away by the care and compassion I received. 10/10 would recommend Bloomington Smiles to anyone!
For having to have a tooth pulled they gave me an great overall experience in having to go though that. Amazing staff! This will be my dentist to go to from now on! Highly recommended.
