I am true my grateful for this office. From the moment you walk in to the times you have to communicate via phone they are amazing! Thank you for you big hearts! �� Dr. Kohous is awesome.
When my daughter was sick, I called and they answered and then disconnected and said call back call volume is high. Next visit, sitting in waiting room for 30 minutes, with a child and no toys.
I have Dr.Boe ever since my son was born. We love him and he has always listen to my concerns and questions. wouldn't take my son anywhere else. All the staff has always been nice and concern for us.
Absolutely love this office!! I wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else! They truly care about the needs of their patients! Dr. Ashley Kohaus is amazing!! She speaks to me like a mom and is always sure to explain things in great detail! The nursing staff is awesome! Heather absolutely made our day! After struggling with insurance over my sons Epi Pen, she not only got us a coupon on our next one, but was able to get us a sample of one to have on hand right away! My son LOVES Dr Weaver. Every time he comes in, he shakes my hand and says how nice it is to see us again, he is so gentle and always takes his time with my boy, he's a super supportive Dr. My caseworker at WIC recommended him when I found out I was pregnant and I just truly can't say enough good things about him
I love this office! We see Dr Marshall and she is amazing! We have seen Dr Bandy and he is awesome too! Would highly recommend this office!
The on call nursing staff is consistently rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Also, in the past I've called requesting to meet with or talk over the phone with my sons doctor about vaccines. I know they're are a sensitive subject so I made sure to be polite and let the nurse know I'm just a first time, overly worried parent who just wanted peace of mind with some of the concerns I had.
