I am so pleased with the professionalism of the audiologists and staff at Bloomington Normal Audiology. The hearing test was thorough and comprehensive. Explanations and information concise and easy to understand. My hearing aids perform well, are comfortable and follow-up visits maintain their operational capacity.
Dr Hanley is so kind and caring. Now I can hear everything again. Did not realize how much I was missing out on everyday until Dr Hanley set up my hearing aids. Now I can really participate in all conversations. My hearing aids are comfortable to wear and have no background noise problems at all. All of the staff members are very friendly and really worked with me so that I could obtain my hearing aids.
They are caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!
Bloomington Audiology has a most wonderful & friendly staff, always met me with smiles. Can’t say enough about Dr. McKee, she fitted me with a pair of phonak hearing aids, after I couldn’t get my other ones programmed properly that I purchased else where. I am now hearing the best I have in the last year and a half. She worked with me for almost 3 months making sure I wanted the ones I’m wearing before making the purchase. I was skeptical about going for hearing aides, since I felt I was to young to need them. Boy was I wrong. I seen Dr. Hanley and she was amazing!!! Super friendly and listen to all my questions and I mean all of them lol. There were alot. I actually like going in and chatting with everyone. If your in need of a good place to gert checked out or whatever this Is the place. Also Dr. Hanley was super excited I ordered my devices in Cub Blue lol. GO Cubs!!!!
Wonderful staff and Dr. McKee is very thorough. She did an amazing job with my daughter explaining her hearing test and answering questions.
