telling someone they aren't ever allowed back because of owing a balance that I did pay in the end. and being a patient with you for years and yes unfortunately. having a couple no shows. telling me I'm not allowed back is crap! not respectful to the patient regardless of not showing up!have me pay for the missed appointment. and plus. you told me that I would have to pay upfront for the future appointments which I say fine with! dont tell someone they aren't allowed back. and use the not paying balance against me which was ... read more
