This place is the most unprofessional establishment I've encountered in terms of simple customer service. At first the woman on the phone tried to schedule me at 8:00 AM which I couldn't make, so I asked for another time. She told me I can come in at 10:00 AM. I asked if could bring him later than 10 and she said Yes it was no problem and that was fine. For some reason she wasn't giving me a set time and was being very vague. Love Bloomingtails. The groomer is so nice and does a great job! She even gives me pet care advice. I have been going for 2 years or so!

I've been using Bloomingtails for 7 years I have tryed tow others before them. I love that they will work out a time and day with you because I don't like to leave my littles very long. I have a 12lb Silky and a 3lb tea cup yorkie they love and enjoy going the staff are very kind and gentle with them. You have to work with them on how you want them cut. I have a summer and and winter cut now and thats all I have to say. Give them a try..There GREAT!!!! Cindy

Without a doubt, Bloomingtail has the BEST GROOMER in Tallahassee! I’ve used her for the care and grooming of all three of my “Little Ones”; two attack trained Yorkies (who’ll attack and lick you into submission) and one big loveable pure white German Sheppard! I started using her when she was with a big named pet chain store over 10 years ago. When she left there and moved to Bloomingtail’s, I along with numerous others moved right along with her. i've gone there with my bichon and she fixed what another salon did, and has done a wonderful job with doing my baby. she always remembers my dog if not me personally by name. my dog use to be scared to go the groomers and now she LOVES it and i wouldn't take my baby anywhere eles because of it. thank you bloomingtails for the wonderful job you have done for me and my baby.

I've taken my baby twice to Bloomingtails. The first time the lady was very nice and friendly. The cut wasn't too bad but not great. I thought I would give them a second chance. Bad idea. This time it was a different person. She wasn't as nice. This time the cut was horrible. I could have done a better job myself. I will never go there again.
