I ordered some gladiolas today for my mom and asked to be delivered to her job. My mom called me very happy and she said the flowers were beautiful! Thank you for your prompt delivery and beautiful arrangement.
Had a wonderful experience. I called late Friday for and early morning Saturday delivery. I was ready for them to say it was just too short of notice ( which I would have understood), but much to my surprise they didn't. Within two hours I had the most stunning picture texted to me of the arrangement Michael put together. I have never had anyone text a picture of my arrangement. These people are the rudest unprofessional business I have ever seen they don't return ur calls they give the ugliest flowers .2 days late cost my daughter $70.00 for two dead roses an mums leaves we're all dried up they ruined mothers day don't order off of this business

Kathy, we apologize our phones have been down but did contact ftd and we did offer exchange for your order, the order had original date of delivery for monday so if the date was a mistake that was on ftd, who the order was placed through. We did have a problem with apt number when taken monday but we did call you and then rerouted for tuesday with fresh bouquet in greens and yellows.We received order for $40.00 a filled to value,as i said we did offer exchange but was denied.
Just received the worst bouquet. Could have gotten much nicer one at grocery store. This was not what was ordered. Obviously this store does not care about their customer nor their reputation.
My husband ordered 30 long stem roses for our 30th wedding anniversary which is May 3rd he asked for delivery between 12-3pm to Moffitt Cancer Center where l work. The delivery came at 4:30 May 2cnd. When he called the supposed manager said " Well, we called she was there we figured we send them off". So I guess the next day wasn't convenient for you?? The day my husband specified!!
