My family ordered a Mother’s Day Bouquet from Guam- it was routed through Bloomingdays...the arrangement had flower scaps throughout, bent and broken flowers and literally was falling apart at the table. I was promised a new arrangement the next day...the woman on the phone told me she’d been up for 48 hours. PS- no new arrangement....

Hi Barbara, order was placed through FTD and they advised us not to send another floral arrangement out that they would take of it for you, we hope they did follow through, we dont know who contacted them but they contacted us,we are sorry for the trouble.
