One week ago I purchased a beautiful women’s Hobbs black coat. Since I did not want to carry the coat in the rain and on the Metra, I made arrangements to have it mailed to my home. One week later and no sign of the coat. I have spent nearly one hour today making phone calls to locate the coat. No one in the store can connect me to the correct department. Everyone is always so genuinely eager to help I literally bypass so many stores to come here.
Great selection and a wonderful helpful staff. Friendly and appeared excited to help. (Special thanks to the woman in the plus size department yesterday morning ). Good selection of brands at various price points and really good sales. Wish they were in Kansas City.
