Had to find an associate to help me with the items I wanted in the men’s skincare department. As I looked around, I noticed 6/7 associates were busy on their cell phones. A lovely young sales associate (I didn’t get her name) made sure we were taken care of and she signed me up for the rewards program. I will continue to shop at Bloomingdale’s across the country but this particular store was disappointing in customer service. #poorcustomerservice
