Such a lovely place. Especially the food
Because you can do everything at Bloomingdale’s. The shops are fantastic the new food court is beautiful and the bar on the six floor is fantastic it’s just a lovely place to be!
I recommend Jeff in the men’s Ralph Lauren Polo. The guy there today who was to busy doing nothing, but was kind enough to give me the phone number to another store. I’m not going to call the Old Orchard store myself. A good salesman would have called for me. Jeff, I missed you today!

Hello! We stayed in The Westin across Michigan Ave., from your downtown Chicago location. Our son loved watching all the people going in and out of your store from our hotel window (he’s autistic and enjoys watching stoplights, cars, trains, people etc.). He especially enjoyed the Lights Parade as it past your beautiful storefront.
