Great personnel and service at the Burberry counter!
I love visiting Bloomingdale's for lunch with my mom. Tiffany our waitress is Always AWESOME! But every time we go to the 5th Contemporary department, no one ever speaks or ask if we need assistance. Thought they were paid on commission. Maybe that's why it's not busy The way it's used to be.
Very annoyed I couldn't return, exchange, or get store credit for my twin girls matching checkerboard slip on Vans. Apparently there is a new return policy in place that started this year. Very rude manager, Jilaine Reynon, would rather lose a customer than refund $60/exchange shoes.
Mary in Men's Suits is awesome. I've been trying to get my hubby to buy a new suit for over a year. He was not a happy camper, but Mary Berns was so delightful and knew the style that would fit him best. There was no over sale, just given us the options of what we desired a black suit.
