Wow!!!!! I spent 45 minutes on the 4th floor trying to find someone to buy a 500 coat??? really? No one tending the floor for almost 1 hour? Found one lady who was working with a customer and apparently a 2nd one was around but didn't show up until 6:45 at which time i just left. empty handed. I've been a loyal bloomingdale's customer for so long.....so disappointed!
Just had the worst service ever at the HOME store on Wabash... 2 associated walk right past me with not even a hello, one associate on a computer and refused to look up and four associates at the registry counter deciding what to eat for lunch.... I seriously had to ask if I could interupt their lunch plans and assist me with finding the items I needed for a wedding gift. then I got an eye roll from one guy and one of the ladies told me I had to find a sales associate as that is not what they do. This store is the absolute worst. They sold me garbage David Yurman jewelry and then tried to tell us they replaced it (but actually just refurbished it). When they sent the refurbished jewelry somehow they sent the wrong ring. Of course no one who works in the store has a clue. The store manager can't be bothered to return calls. Even the sales woman admits she ordered the wrong ring and just thinks I'm supposed to be okay with her inability to read a receipt and place an order.
