Even though I had called ahead and made an appointment, they asked me to leave, saying they were closing before my nail polish had even dried. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. Instead of removing my cuticles properly in one clean pass, she removed them in small pieces, which will cause them to grow back spikey After finishing, she briefly wiped the tools she had just used on me and put them straight back into her bag to be reused. No Joke, This is the BEST Nail Salon in LA & LV!! Lynn is the very through. I get men's Mani/Pedi only. I drive/fly from Vegas to get get service from Lynn only. Nancy is the Manager and very professional always!! A big regret moving to Vegas. I've tried numerous places in Vegas but never more than once...
Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and absolutely horrible customer service. Broke 3 of my natural and long nails, didn’t cut my cuticles etc. extremely rude when I asked if she was going to cut my cuticles.
My girlfriend just went to this place to get a manicure and a pedicure. She ended up leaving in the middle of it because they were so rude to her. She said there was a racist energy being directed her way from the moment she walked in. They were rushing her, rolling their eyes at her, and causing a scene in front of the other customers. Very embarrassing and humiliating.
