No Joke, This is the BEST Nail Salon in LA & LV!! Lynn is the very through. I get men's Mani/Pedi only. I drive/fly from Vegas to get get service from Lynn only. Nancy is the Manager and very professional always!! A big regret moving to Vegas. I've tried numerous places in Vegas but never more than once...
Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten and absolutely horrible customer service. Broke 3 of my natural and long nails, didn’t cut my cuticles etc. extremely rude when I asked if she was going to cut my cuticles.
My girlfriend just went to this place to get a manicure and a pedicure. She ended up leaving in the middle of it because they were so rude to her. She said there was a racist energy being directed her way from the moment she walked in. They were rushing her, rolling their eyes at her, and causing a scene in front of the other customers. I came to this salon for manicure. The manager Nancy, who was doing the service was extremely rude to me, demanding that I bring my own polish and other products, like base and top coats. When I objected she became furious and demonstrated it in every possible manner, including raising her voice and yelling at me.
