Walked jn for a last-minute pedicure today and they fit me in and did really well. I’m surprised at the negative reviews, they were as friendly as any other nail salon and my nail tech was fantastic.
I went in for a Gel-X manicure on Sunday 6/14/26, and by Tuesday 6/16/26--just two days later--three nails had already fallen off. I returned to the salon on Wednesday 6/17/26 to have them repaired, but the very next day, one of the repaired nails popped off again. After making a second trip back to the salon, I requested a refund due to the poor quality of the service. My request was refused, and I was told that "sometimes this happens." Horrible place, do not go. All my nails came off and will not get a refund, DO NOT GO!! Complete scammers in there and refused to show me the policy
I would give zero stars if I could. Very unkind and unprofessional workers. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Even though I had called ahead and made an appointment, they asked me to leave, saying they were closing before my nail polish had even dried. The staff were very rude and unfriendly. Instead of removing my cuticles properly in one clean pass, she removed them in small pieces, which will cause them to grow back spikey After finishing, she briefly wiped the tools she had just used on me and put them straight back into her bag to be reused.
