The staff is very patient and welcoming! Alissom did an amazing job on my nails. she’s incredibly nice, talented, and made sure I was happy with everything. Lisa is also very sweet and responsive, and she was able to schedule my appointment quickly. I had a great experience overall and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
Great people. But the skills need improving. This is right by where I live and I thought to try it out with my friend, but the result was choppy where the colors went out of the borders and the application is not even, and the gel started chipping in a week! I reached out on Instagram because I had anxiety talking about it in store in front of everyone and they never responded. I went here for the first time for a gel manicure and my nail tech did such an amazing job!! I think her name was Zahra. She showed great attention to detail, she took her time, asked me my preferences for how many coats I wanted and she was patient with me as I was choosing my color selection. Clean and quiet and the nail tech Zahra knows her stuff. I made an appointment but got held up at the doctor’s office. I called to tell them I’d be late and they were very accommodating. I came with acrylic from another place that wasn’t the best application. They don’t do acrylic but were able to infill with hard gel and Zahra did a great job.
