I've been going to Blooming Dahlia for as long as I can remember. When in elementary school 20+ years ago, I would stop by over lunchtime and buy a rose take back to my teacher. My family & I have relied on Melissa for many occasions since: birthdays, proms, graduations, and more. The new location is gorgeous, and most recently, Blooming Dahlia was able to put together a beautiful bouquet for a friend on very short notice.
