I would give this zero stars if I could. Lets start at customer service: horrible! The employees are rude, they interpret, and often have attitude. The manager is never available and if you ask to speak to one, they place you on hold and never return to the call. Ive been disconnected on many times after waiting 10-20-30 minutes Secondly, false advertisement. This company is out to collect fees and nothing else. The women who runs the show let her son in the with a glass bottle after the pool was shut down for 2 weeks she does not live here and neither does her son she is abusing her job status for friends and family. Also the old pool boy use to be able to stay after hours with his friends. They have to like you in order to have these perks within feeling uncomfortable read the reviews it says it all.

I have been here for 5 years....each year it gets worse.....work orders not complete or half a** done...Amenities what a joke.....pool this year not opened til after the 4th of July.....last year vandalism to pool bathroom and grill...grill to date still not functional. Promises of security cameras being install and vandalism still not installed or addressed ************* doing less and less.....weeds overgrowth and pond a mess. Owners that live in ******** I'm sure have no clue .I have pics and have had issues since moving ... read more

Where to begin? First off, don't bother moving in unless you can schedule a tour, it looks like something out of a 1980's horror movie. The place hasn't been updated, not even the ** door handles that are in every room. Then they don't even clean it for you before you move in, ranging from the air filter to the top of appliances. Secondly, I cannot even begin to describe the amount of police activity that happens at this property, DAILY. You will literally see a cop almost every other day, make sure to make friends with them... read more

Maintenance and management went against **** laws and continued to enter in my apartment without my permission. I will be following up with this. I dont feel comfortable at my own home where I pay rent.

Horrible communication amongst staff and management at Mission Hill apartments in *** **. I don't feel safe in this community or trust the honesty of the leasing agents/management. I have tried numerous times to have fees corrected and I just get the run around and have been hung up on by staff several times trying to resolve these issues. I was also falsely accused of verbal abuse as a means for them to terminate a call when I disagreed with what I was being told. I have had multiple work orders closed when they are not completed, the place was filthy when we moved in and I would have a full cannister every time I for weeks. I purchased a carpet cleaner and it took 4 rounds (every other day) through the apartment before the large chunks of dirt stopped cleaning. I was told there was no pet with the previous tenant but I was finding dog fur everywhere. My closet and blinds reak of body odor. They took my money. Now I'm nervous they may try to keep my deposit. I don't trust this situation. Because of the application fee, I asked before I applied if a bankruptcy was going to be an issue. They said that a bankruptcy would not automatically disqualify you if you were released from the bankruptcy, which I am. Then after I apply they tell me that I am being denied because of my bankruptcy.They told me to apply knowing they were going to deny my application in order to charge me a 35 dollar application fee...
