I was a previous tenant at ******************************** in ************, **** from November 2020-January 2022. I am reaching out in hopes of resolving charges and fees that have been added to my credit thus preventing me from moving to other rental units. The fees are for pets and oven dirty. I am waiting on someone to contact me about an unknown eviction coming up on my background from monarch investments. I lived in colonial apartments in ***** ** from 2016-2018 . Never received and eviction information. ***** from corporate told me she has no files of this. ********* from the leasing office says I dont owe a balance. This has been on my record since 2018 I have already disputed with Transuniom and the Douglas County courthouse has no file of an eviction from monarch. Do not expect to get your security deposit back. I lived alone and rarely had guest. Had the property professionally cleaned at the time of move out (I have pictures and videos of the property being in tiptop condition at the time of move out.) I was told I was charged for the property being painted and carpet being cleaned. I had the carpet cleaned when i moved out and there wasnt any ********* on the wall. This place should receive 0 stars in my honest opinion. I moved in 07/2022 & the ** has not been workin all summer. Maintenance does not do their job. The leasing office tell me they will fix something and don't fix it.

I wish I could give no stars. I never review anything but this has to be the most unprofessional company known. Applied for an apartment at ********************* which I have stayed before in previous years. After my initial lease ended I later went to apply for a different apartment and was told I owed the Berkley complex money. Which I had no recollection about and only learned the information from the company I was applying for a new home with. No one notified me or emailed anything stating this was true. **************** apartments in **************** **. is a scam. They will take your whole deposit and more with made up damages. You can look at their reviews on ****** and see that everyone who has moved out has been gouged to death with painting fees, carpet fees, etc. I would advise not to rent here. They are not a fair and responsible company.

I give no stars. They have changed my lease information, deleted me access into my account where I access my lease payments maitence requests etc without any notice or legal reason, they dont answer phones or emails or requests, I am being charged more in illegal late fees on rent I partially paid than what I pay in a month of rent.. $1000 in fees, on $800 when i made a $300 payment and the next day am being charged late fees that 3 days later turned into attorney fees when I paid $300 toward my rent on the same month for 1 ... read more

You do not want to live her It is a dump the owner is a slum Lord! They have scamed me out of so much money they're not Activated. Withthe BBB They have D-The apartments are disgusting they paint over all the grease in the kitchen but it bleeds through the walls. There's rats around the dumpsthere's. They have amenities but they really don't want you to use them. It just for looks . I've lived here for 5 years.
