Whoever answers the phone and deals with order processing here is really good. Always straightforward and easy to deal with. A lot of the time they're able to get parts at the dealership next-day. If you're in a hurry for OEM Honda parts and you live in the east end, this is your best bet.
I can always count on proper and polite maintenance from these workers. Always friendly and accommodating! I take my 2012 yaris there for all of its oil changes and have had a great experience every time.

OEM parts are a little expensive, but these guys do a good job of making sure you order the right stuff and get what you need. I've ordered a number of things from them and always had a good experience.
