Purchased a new home, closed 12/5/25. So far, few issues: gouge in the door, unpainted areas, doorbell chime not working. However, we brought over our fridge from our former residence. When plugged in, it tripped the GFCI outlet next to the Fridge. Chris (Construction Site Manager or somesuch) had someone out the next morning to fix the outlet. Unfortunately, we are still out $250 in cold and frozen foods and Jack's (Community Manager) response was "Like all warranties, there is no compensation [for] consequential damages." ... read more
