No wonder why Gehan rebranded to Brightland Homes... they were trying to get rid of their trash reputation. There is a reason why these homes go up so quickly - they cut an insane amount of corners. We built with Gehan, now Brightland, back in 2018 & our home has been nothing but problems since. Every time we go to update or fix something, we find some shoddy work that the builders did. Would not recommend Bloomfield for a home. We have had watering leaking in when it rains through the window and was just told to put fans on the wet spots to get it to dry and pop off some covers so it drains faster. We also have standing water and mud pits when it rains because of poor design and was told it was because of the neighbors dog. Not sure how the dog affects my side of the yard. Mrs. Donna and Mr. Eric have made the home buying process so amazing. Mrs. Donna was patient, informative and so amazingly nice!!!! Mr. Eric didn't walk through and he was informative, patient and very professional. I am in awe at how great my experiences has been. Not only are the homes beautifully built those who are representing Bloomfield are just as amazing. Get you a Bloomfield home and thank me later.
Paid over Half million After 2 years this is what happened Attic staring leaking water when there was a storm the master bedroom also started leaking water from the outside and can be seen on the wall thanks to a huge water mark and when we moved in the walls had so many missing spots and when I say spots i mean it looks like somebody hit it and left it like that after 1 year the garage door stopped working and I had to miss work also had to attach a extension cord to the outlet on the inside of the house just to use the gar... read more
