RecommendedAmazing apartment complex! I just went in to take a tour and was pleasantly surprised with how modern and updated the apartments were! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! 10/10 would rent from Bloomfield!

I had some good and bad experiences at Bloomfield. Some neighbors I had were great, some were extremely loud day and night. The worst experience was trying to move out. I couldn’t find my keys, was given the wrong key by the manager, couldn’t get in touch with anyone by phone, and I had to wait for almost five hours for someone to show up even after calling the company’s urgent line. If you want a spacious and a really nice apartment or you're moving to Trotwood, Ohio. Then you should come check out Bloomfield Apartments. Everyone and everything is really nice here. So come on down and welcome home!
I have spent the last few years working at Bloomfield Apartments. We have gutted and renovated everything here. Replaced every window, every roof, every balcony, all the siding and everything on the inside too. I think we have the nicest apartments in the area, but come out and see for yourself. Me telling you about it doesn't do it justice.
I have filled in at Bloomfield a ew times and i have to say that this community is beautiful. They have renovated all of tehir apartments and buildings so that they are modern and comfortable!
Great people, great location and great apartments. Everything is new and updated and the neighborhood is very quiet.
