I am a new resident . I moved in due to the Tornado. I was very pleased with the customer service of the lady who showed the apartment. So my wife and I , turned down the other apartment that was cheaper to go with this because we loved the place. I made sure all the payments were paid way before time and all documents were in. When we moved in ... we noticed our air wasn’t working, the tub was filthy, dead bugs in the lights, and the gas wasn’t on. So, i has to go to the leasing office to tell them these things.
