Dear Bloomex, I regret to inform you that you did not understand the problem I faced so let me be very clear. 1- I was making a wedding bouquet for my best friend’s wedding as I am her maid of honor. She specifically asked for Calla Lilies. When I called I was told it was available. I also asked for prices (calla lilies $8/flower) (white roses $5/flower) 2- I specifically ordered 10 calla lilies ($8/flower) for the price of $101.18. Had I known Florist.ca was Bloomex I would have never ordered from them! I ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s birthday. I was then told a day later that they can’t deliver on her birthday…she got them today and as expected they look nothing like what I ordered!!! A most disgusting company!!
