If I could give zero stars, I would. I am a natural brunette with light ash blonde highlights and long hair. I came in on a Friday to touch up my roots for highlights and came out with bleached blonde hair. After, 4 hours in the chair, I am not sure how I trusted Rick, the Owner, to peroxide my whole head thinking it was supposed to be healthier for my hair in the long run.
