I went to see Alex with a lot of emotional walls and guards up as a result of traumatic experiences with other providers and even great difficulty arriving at his office. My name is Gaylene Johnson. I met Alex about 2 years ago. The gifts he gave me in our weekly visits, the tools he taught me to use, how even to just breathe, are priceless to me. I walked into his office weighed down, literally with trauma, PTSD, and grief. He helped me find my voice. I set much needed boundaries for myself. Learned how to even look at all the unique versions of myself with grace and compassion. I look forward to watching the seeds he helped me plant to continue blooming!
