Rude scheduling - spent a lot of time giving exact directions to a rural property and gave TWO phone numbers. An hour passed after the scheduled visit and a lame receptionist said the rep could not find my place and could not get a call through (even though I had furnished two numbers they only had one - bad intake!). She refused to sent the rep back so I wasted a day on this nonsense "service" visit. If you want your time wasted with poor service by all means use them.
