It's unfortunate that my review is the negative one. The therapists and staff all seem knowledgeable, caring, accountable, and driven to help the kids that attend here. But my child is unable to get the best this place has to offer all because of poor scheduling. Sessions can only be scheduled A WEEK in advance, and you have to wait for the staff to contact you, to let you know what time slots are available. I have a hard time believing I'm the only parent that can't compromise with this casual scheduling system.
I don't normally post reviews, but I felt this was needed. We started Bloom Therapy close to a year ago. Our little girl was behind on a few things which required ABA, speech, and OT. Now our other little one will start PT in the next few weeks. With all that being said, we've watched this place grow and blossom within the past year. We always recommend them to everyone!
