Don’t go here if your child has a lot going on medically. My girl has tons of things going on and we are constantly in and out of the hospital. Bloom has been so inconsiderate of everything that my child has going on because we’ve had to put some appointments to the side or have to pause because of a hospitalization. We never had problems until autumn took over scheduling. My child is in every therapy they offer and this is the only place that has had an issue with her hospitalizations.
It's unfortunate that my review is the negative one. The therapists and staff all seem knowledgeable, caring, accountable, and driven to help the kids that attend here. But my child is unable to get the best this place has to offer all because of poor scheduling. Sessions can only be scheduled A WEEK in advance, and you have to wait for the staff to contact you, to let you know what time slots are available. I have a hard time believing I'm the only parent that can't compromise with this casual scheduling system.
